I bought a Corbin seat and wired with the BMW plugs and it doesn't work either, so something with the bike and not the seats seems to be the direction things are pointing. I checked the voltage in the plug for the front and it shows 8.3 volts with the heat turned off in the menu and 10.3 volts with the heat turned on, regardless of setting.

For the E92's the seat modules are the same between the driver and passenger seat (not true for E90 or E91) 1) Disconnect Battery. 2) Unbolt seats so you can access the module beneath. 3) Swap modules around between passenger and driver. If problem moves with module, then get a new one. If problem stays then the issue is with the heating
